Sadly, Sydney had to withdrew from the McLellan Cup match scheduled for this week due to the recent snowstorm and the continuing challenge of getting things back to normal in the Cape Breton region.  That match will be recorded as a DEFAULT due to the State of Emergency which has been declared in their area.  The present holder, the Amherst Curling Club will advance to the next challenge at the New Caledonian Club in Pictou on Feb 14. Pictou has requested a START TIME OF 12:00 noon.
